Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the Global 4K IPTV service (“Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Global 4K IPTV.
2. Service Description
Global 4K IPTV provides internet-based access to television content, including live channels, video-on-demand (VOD), and electronic program guide (EPG) data (“Content”) via IPTV technology.
The Service requires:
- A compatible device (Smart TV, streaming stick, smartphone, tablet, PC, or set-top box)
- A stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K)
- A compatible IPTV application (e.g., IPTV Smarters, TiviMate, VLC, or Smart IPTV)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Your use of the Service will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
Users under 18 may access the Service only under direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts full responsibility for compliance with these Terms.
4. Account & Credentials
Upon successful purchase, you will receive streaming credentials (M3U URL or Xtream codes) by email. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Promptly notifying us of any unauthorised use of your credentials
Prohibited: You must not share credentials with individuals outside your household, resell access, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service in any form. Accounts found to be misused will be terminated immediately without refund.
Each subscription plan permits the number of simultaneous streams specified at purchase. Exceeding concurrent stream limits may result in account suspension.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the Service infrastructure
- Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to download, capture, or redistribute streamed content
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, access control, or technical protection measures
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code into the Service
- Use the Service to generate, distribute, or facilitate spam or unsolicited communications
Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6. Payment & Billing
- All prices are displayed and charged in USD
- Payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners: Stripe and PayPal
- Access to the Service is granted immediately upon confirmation of successful payment
- Subscriptions are non-recurring (one-time payment) unless explicitly labelled as auto-renewing at the time of purchase
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 14 days’ advance notice to existing subscribers
- Failed payment transactions will result in immediate suspension of service access
All transactions are secured with SSL/TLS encryption. We do not store your card details.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Refund conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the original purchase date
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days
- Subscriptions that have been active for more than 7 days are not eligible for refund
- Renewals and plan upgrades are non-refundable once the new service period has commenced
- Accounts terminated for violation of these Terms are not eligible for refunds

8. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime and monitor our infrastructure 24/7. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from latency at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (communicated in advance where possible)
- Emergency server maintenance or security patching
- Third-party infrastructure issues beyond our control
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, etc.)
Compensation for downtime exceeding 24 continuous hours may be offered at our sole discretion in the form of service credit or subscription extension.
9. Content Disclaimer
Global 4K IPTV provides access to streams made available through the internet. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and the Content accessed through it complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
We make no representations or warranties regarding:
- The legal status of any specific content in your country or region
- The accuracy, completeness, or quality of any content
- The continued availability of any specific channel, programme, or VOD title
Channel availability is subject to change without notice due to licensing, technical, or operational reasons.
10. Intellectual Property
The Global 4K IPTV website, brand, logo, and proprietary software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
You may not, without our prior written consent:
- Reproduce, copy, or duplicate any part of our website or branding
- Redistribute or resell access to our website or service
- Create derivative works based on our intellectual property
- Use our trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion with our brand
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Global 4K IPTV and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from your reliance on the Service or any content accessed through it
- Damages arising from interruptions, errors, or unavailability of the Service
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you to Global 4K IPTV in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Any breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Non-payment or payment disputes
- Conduct that is harmful to other users or our infrastructure
Upon termination for cause, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and no refund will be issued. For terminations initiated by us without cause, we will provide a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund unless within the 7-day guarantee window.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international commercial law. For EU/UK consumers, mandatory local consumer protection laws apply and cannot be excluded by these Terms.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not enforceable, the competent courts of our jurisdiction of operation.
EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Sending an email notification to your registered address at least 14 days before changes take effect
- Posting a prominent notice on our website
- Updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
